Founder - Owner
Our founder has 4 decades of experience in the hospitality industry, including roles that range from room attendant to Director of Housekeeping. With this knowledge, our founder knew that staffing the right people makes all of the difference. When she is not working hard to meet our clients' needs, you can find her traveling or cuddling up with a good book.
ALMA-ROCIO TAYLOR
Director of Operations
Meet Alma-Rocio, our director of operations. She brings with her a wide array of experience from teaching to adjusting to professional cleaning services. Her diverse background allows for out of the box thinking and superior management skills. When she is not working to make sure the operations are running smoothly, she is reading a book or trying out new foods.
ROSA VIOLANTE
Director of Customer Relations & Promo/Marketing
Meet Rosa. Our Director of Customer Relations and Promo/Marketing brings over 20 years of customer service and customer relations partnerships. Rosa knows how to dig deep to find out what your needs are and deliver service that is worthy of those needs. When she is not working to help grow your business, she can be found laying out by the pool or exploring the metroplex for new adventures.
JOHN SANCHEZ
Customer Service Partner
Meet John. John has over 3 decades of customer relations experience. With roles from Account Manager to Operations, John knows how to manage a team while also continuously providing outstanding care for our clients. As a previous manager, he knows that a great team is needed to be successful and will work to ensure our clients are receiving superior service. In his free time, John can be found swimming or bowling.
ILEANA LOPEZ JIMENEZ
Customer Service Partner
Meet Ileana. Ileana's background includes recruiting, administrative support, project management, medical devices and health insurance. Along with her previous roles and education, she received her MBA from the University of Dallas. Ileana is not afraid to go above and beyond in her personal endeavors which sets the foundation for her professional relationships. When Ileana is not working tirelessly for our clients, she can be found traveling and soaking in the sun.
